Copyright and takedown policy
OnlinePlayGames respects the intellectual property rights of game developers and publishers. If you own the rights to a game hosted on onlineplaygames.io and want it removed, we will act promptly.
How to submit a notice
Send an email to [email protected] including:
- your full name, company (if any) and contact details;
- the exact URL(s) of the game page(s) on our site;
- a description of the copyrighted work and proof that you own or represent the rights;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
- your electronic or physical signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are usually processed within 72 hours. The game is taken offline and its page is removed from our sitemap. We will confirm by email once the removal is complete.
Counter-notice
If you believe your game was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with an explanation and your contact details.
